In September 2023, Apex by Design had the distinct privilege of photographing the HGTV Dream Home 2024, located in the idyllic coastal city of St. Augustine, Florida. This project was a blend of luxury real estate and high-end automotive photography, encapsulating the essence of modern living.

The photoshoot featured extensive exterior coverage of the Dream Home, a stunning example of contemporary architecture set against the serene backdrop of Florida’s coastline. Utilizing drone photography, I was able to capture breathtaking aerial shots that highlighted the home’s architectural brilliance and its seamless integration with the surrounding natural beauty. These aerial views added a dynamic layer to the visual narrative, showcasing the property’s scale and the pristine environment it inhabits.

In addition to the home’s exterior, the photoshoot prominently featured the 2024 Mercedes E350, positioned strategically in the driveway.
